Lines started from a video experiment in which the viewer was faced with a 4 lines drawing. One could engage on one of the lines (straight, curved, zigzag, squared) to navigate within the drawing with different rhythms and movements. At some particular points of intersection between two lines, the viewer was faced with a choice : continue on the same line or change path. Every time he would watch the video, the viewer had to construct its narratives.

If simple lines could built up a story, what else could it perform. A second study consisted in a series of essays trying to grasp how lines were able to understand, represent, communicate, generate thinking, and much more while being so minimal in nature. Our study focused on how architectural thinking has been utilizing the line to formulate concepts and strategies far beyond the notion of drawing.
